Divine heart caregivers is a locally-owned and managed personal services agency, licensed by the state of Indiana. The CEO is a Registered Nurse with many years of experience . She is involved daily with agency operations, often speaking to clients, families and caregivers herself. Her passion and commitment is to place an emphasis on helping clients achieve the highest possible health and wellness .
Divine homecare is proud to work with the State of Indiana to provide Medicaid Waiver services for adults to:

Divine heart caregivers is certified to provide services for the following waivers :
Aged and Disabled Waiver (A&D)
The Aged and Disabled Waiver provides an alternative to nursing facility admission for people who are aged, blind, or disabled. There is not an age requirement to qualify for this waiver. The waiver is designed to provide services to supplement informal supports for people who would require care in a nursing facility if waiver services or other supports were not available. Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver (TBI)
The Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver provides services to Medicaid eligible people of any age who have experienced an external insult resulting in a traumatic brain injury and who require services ordinarily only available in a nursing facility. This waiver is designed to provide supports, such as personal assistance, limited habilitation services, and respite care, as well as limited environmental modifications. Our caregivers are trained specifically to provide in-home care. They have successfully passed extensive background checks and are insured and trained in CPR.
Divine Heart caregivers will help you select the best match from our pre-screened group of available assistants, and can generally have qualified help placed in your home within 48 hours or less from the initial call.
Our administrative staff is all screened, bonded and qualified staff. We strive to hire competent, caring, and well-trained individuals who are sensitive to the needs of our clients and their families in the community we serve.
